The way to payment
We provide secure, flexible payment terms to protect your business capital and build mutual trust:
1. Payment Terms (30/70 Plan):
For all bulk and custom orders, we support a 30% deposit to initiate production and secure your raw materials. The 70% balance is paid only after production is completed. We will send you detailed high-definition quality-check videos and photos of your actual goods and packaging for approval before you pay the balance.
2. Flexible Payment Channels:
• US Local Bank Transfer (Highly Recommended — 0% Fee): You can pay directly via ACH or Wire Transfer to our US local bank account at Community Federal Savings Bank. This works exactly like a domestic US transfer, eliminating high international wire fees.
• PayPal Business Payment (+5% Fee): We accept commercial payments through PayPal, offering you full PayPal Buyer Protection. Please note a 5% processing and withdrawal fee will be added to the invoice total for this channel.
Shipping
Logistics cost control is critical for your lash business. Here is how we optimize shipping to maximize your resale margins:
1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Cost :
Our MOQ is 300 boxes. Based on international air freight regulations, 300 boxes is the optimal economic unit to meet the carriers' minimum weight brackets. Ordering 300 boxes or more allows the international shipping cost to be distributed most efficiently across each item, drastically lowering your landed cost per box and protecting your profit margins.
2. Premium Courier & Freight Solutions:
• Express Shipping: Fast delivery to your doorstep via DHL, FedEx, and UPS (typically 3–7 business days) with immediate online tracking numbers.
• Sea Freight & Special DDP Lines: For large-volume long-term replenishment, we offer cost-effective sea freight and door-to-door tax-inclusive (DDP)专线 solutions to bring your long-term shipping costs down to the absolute minimum.
B2B Warranty & Protection
Your business satisfaction is our top priority. We take exceptional care in reinforcing our export packaging to ensure everything arrives safely.
However, if any products are found to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or shorted upon arrival due to international transit, you are fully protected. Simply contact us with clear photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery. We will 100% issue a direct refund for the affected items or fully replace them in your very next shipment. We are committed to a long-term, worry-free partnership with your shop.
